This distinguished 4" - 62 chair rail measures 4.000" width by 1.312" thickness, requiring the use of six-quarter lumber for machining on a commercial-grade molder. The beautiful profile contains a 5/16" cove attached to a 9/64" horizontal fillet on the top left. The line connects to 1-17/64" broad half-circle merged to a 15/64" comprehensive line and a 1-5/16" cavetto in the center. The concave semicircle connects to a half-round bead and a two-tangent radius ogee on the design's right side.
