This beautiful 4" - 68 chair rail measures 4.000" width by .750" thickness, enabling four-quarter lumber for machining on a commercial molder. The symmetrical pattern contains a 2-1/2" flat section on the top center. The fillet gets flanked by a 5/8" wide congee derived from a 1/8" cove merged with a 1/8" by 1/8" beveled line, leaving a 1/2" thickness dimension on each of the design's side edges.
