Chair Rail Moulding 4" - 8

This custom chair rail molding 4" - 8 measures 4.000" width by .750" thickness, allowing the use of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial-grade molder. The lovely symmetrical profile contains three 15/64" radius half beads on the top center. The half-circles connect to an upsloping angled line merged to a 3/16" round-over and a 1/2" broad line segment with a twenty-six-degree chamfer that joins a 3/32" fillet on both sides of the design.
