This beautifully eccentric 4" - 9 chair rail measures 4.000" wide by .625" thickness, permitting the pattern to be machined out of four-quarter lumber. The custom profile comprises a 27/64" cove with a 3/64" eased edge on the top left; attached to a free-flowing two tangent radius cyma reversa with a slight beveled edge in the center. Connected to a 39/64" radius semicircular arc with another up-sloping beveled edge, merged to a 25/64" cove with a 3/64" rounded edge on the right side of the design.
