Chair Rail Moulding 4-1/16"

This ornate chair rail/window casing molding 4-1/16" measures 4.062" width by .750" thickness, enabling the use of four quarter lumber for milling on a commercial-grade molder. The intricate symmetrical pattern contains two 7/16" wide half-circles that are divided by a 7/64" sunk fillet in the center. The beads join to a 3/4" radius concave semicircular arc merged with a tiny pointed line and a 17/32" by 9/64" tall raised fillet attached to a 28.506 beveled line with a 3/64" eased edge, leaving a 3/8" thickness dimension on both sides of the design.
