This 4-3/8" - 2 ogee chair rail measures 4.375" wide by .875" thickness. The pattern will require five-quarter lumber for milling. The attractive profile is composed of a 2-11/16" wide by 1/8" tall raised fillet in the center, flanked by two tangent one half inch radiuses with a 3/64" eased edge that creates the ogee, leaving a one quarter inch thickness dimension on each side edge of the pattern.
