Chair Rail Moulding 4-1/2" - 19

This luxurious chair rail moulding 4-1/2" - 19 measures 4.500" wide by 1.000" thickness, necessitating the use of five quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The sumptuous profile is composed of a 5/16" rounded edge on the top left, attached to a 1-3/64" convex arc tangent to a one inch concave semicircle with a 5/32" edge in the center, connected to a 3/8" wide by 9/64" tall raised fillet and a beautiful ogee derived from two 1/2" radius semicircles leaving a 3/16" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
