This lovely 4-3/4" - 10 chair rail measures 4.750" width by .750" thickness, requiring a 5" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The graceful profile composes a 17/32" broad half-circle flanked by a shallow two-tangent radius curvature in the center. The small depth wavy arcs connect to a 1/8" vertical line joined to a 1-1/4" flat line on each side of the pattern. The edges were intentionally left sharp to use many of our radius edges.
