This 4-13/16" double bead chair rail measures 4.813" width by .812" thickness, requiring a 5-1/16" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The elegant profile contains a 2-29/32" broad sunk fillet on the top center. The flat line gets flanked by a 1/4" radius half-round with a 1/8" by 1/8" perpendicular step. Both steps join a 1/4" ovolo with a 3/32" horizontal line segment, leaving a 3/16" thickness on each side edge of the pattern.
