This fascinating chair rail moulding 4-15/16" measure 4.937" width by .750" thickness requiring a 5-3/16" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The beautiful symmetrical profile comprises a 5/8" radius concave semicircle flanked by short beveled lines connected to a 1/2" convex arc with slightly larger angled lines in the middle. The center joins a 3/4" broad fillet with a 7/64" vertical step attached to a recessed chamfer and a 5/32" eased edge fillet on both the design's right and left sides.
