This unique 5" - 19 chair rail/door casing measures 5.000" wide by 1.125" thickness, necessitating the use of five or six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The bold symmetrical profile is composed of a two-inch radius arc in the center, flanked by a 1/8" vertical step with a 1/8" wide sunk fillet that merges with a 3/4" wide thumbnail shaped arc, attached to a 5/8" broad 11.31-degree angled line with a 3/64" eased edge leaving a 3/8" wide thickness dimension on each side edge of the pattern.
