Chair Rail Moulding 5" - 25

This beautiful chair rail moulding 5" - 25 measures 5.000" wide by .750" thickness, allowing the pattern to be machined out of four quarter lumber. The sumptuous profile could also be used as a symmetrical door or window casing, the detail is comprised of a recessed 25/32" wide half round bead in the center, flanked by two 11/32" wide sunk fillets that join to a 33/64" wide half round arc, merged with a 29/64" up-sloping cove connected to a 49/64" flat line segment on each side. The corners were intentionally designed square for use of many of our radius edges, here is just one we think you may want to review and consider, radius edge .156".

Our acrylic templates provide sufficient blend areas on the knives so you will never realize where one cutter begins or ends, these specific design features will substantially increase yield during the milling process.
