This creative 5" - 7 chair rail/symmetrical door/window casing measures 5.000" in width by .750" in thickness, requiring 5-1/4" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for machining with an industrial moulder. The classy profile comprises a 19/32" broad, convex arc in the center. It is flanked by an ogee and steep beveled inclines merged with 25/32" wide raised fillets on top. The edges retain 31/64" wide thirty-degree angles joined to a 15/64" flat section on each side of the design.
