This beautifully bold chair rail/symmetrical casing moulding 5-7/8" measures 5.875" wide by .937" thickness permitting a 6-1/8 wide blank of five-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The attractive profile contains a 1-23/32" broad concave partial circle in the center flanked by a 21/32" broad segment with a 5/64" vertical step. It's joined to a 6.515-degree downsloping beveled line with a 3/32" drop in elevation and attached to a 19/64" fillet with 3/64" eased edges, leaving a 5/8" thickness dimension on each side edge of the design.
