This balanced 7" chair rail measures 7.000" width by 1.000" thickness, allowing the use of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The symmetrical profile is composed of 1-5/16" broad stepped fillet positioned in the center; this flat portion is flanked on both sides by a thumbnail design that transitions the elevation to a 1-7/16" complete fillet with a single chamfer placed on the end. The chamfer connects into a 1/4" radius bead on both side edges of the pattern.
