This congee-style 2-3/4" - 3 cove mould measures 2.750" wide by 1.625" thickness, allowing milling from eight-quarter lumber. The concave profile composes a three-quarter inch broad straight flat line on the top left, connected to a 2" wide congee (cove tangent off of a flat line) derived from a 5/8" concave semicircle, leaving a one-inch thickness dimension on the right side of the pattern, this can be shortened by a simple radial adjustment of the top horizontal cutter head on the machine.
