This side edge 2-3/4" - 4 cove mould measures 1.500" thickness, necessitating the use of eight quarter lumber for milling on an industrial style molder; the width is adjusted to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the pattern. The concave profile comprises a 5/16" tall vertical line segment on the bottom right, connected to a 1-15/64" concave semicircle in the upper portion.
