This elegant 3-11/16" - 1 cove mould measures 3.712" wide by 1.000" thickness, necessitating the use of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The symmetrical profile is composed of a 1/2" tall vertical line segment on the top left, connected to a 2-1/2" radius cove in the center, joined to a 1/2" wide horizontal line on the bottom right side of the design. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these explicit back bevels keep the inner profile parallel to the wall and ceiling as well as set the installed height at 2-5/8" tall with a projection of 2-5/8" wide.
