This build up 4" - 2 cove mould measures 4.000" wide by 1.250" thickness, requiring six quarter lumber to mill the pattern. The design consist of a 2" radius cove with a 13/16" tall fillet at the top of the detail and a 1-1/8" wide fillet on the bottom, these areas may be used to stack a base or other trim on top of or underneath. When correctly installed, the height becomes 2-29/32" tall with a projection of 2-25/32" wide. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, with two even points positioned on the same level plane to maximize hold-down during the milling process.
