This 4-1/2" - 2 cove mould measures 4.500" wide by .750" thick. The symmetrical profile is comprised of a 4-15/16" radius cavetto in the center, connected to a 25/64" tall vertical line on the top and a 25/64" broad line at the bottom. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees. These specific back bevels set the installed height and projection at an identical dimension of 3-3/16" tall and wide.
Two high points in the design were intentionally positioned on the same level plane. Our dedicated design features will ensure excellent hold-down conditions during milling of the detail, provided the pressure shoe is parallel to the bed plates.
