This symmetrical 4-9/16" cove mould measures 4.562" wide by 1.156" thick. This detail is comprised of a 3-1/2" radius cove in the center, attached to a 1/4" wide, tall vertical fillet at the top, and a 1/4" broad segment at the bottom. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these bevels set the installed height and projection at an identical dimension of 3-7/32" tall and wide. The two high points in the design were intentionally positioned on the same level plane. Our disciplined design features will create optimal hold-down conditions while milling the pattern on an industrial-style moulder, provided the pressure shoe is parallel to the bed plates.
