Cove Moulding 4-9/16"

This Symmetrical Cove Moulding 4-9/16" measures 4.562" wide by 1.156" thickness with a .992" depth of cut on both the right and left vertical cutters, and a .691" depth of cut for the top horizontal profile knives.

This detail is comprised of a 3-1/2" radius cove in the center, attached to a 1/4" wide tall vertical fillet at the top, and a 1/4" wide horizontal line at the bottom. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these bevels set the installed height and projection at an identical dimension of 3-7/32" tall and wide. The two high points in the design were intentionally positioned on the same level plane, our disciplined design features will create optimal hold down conditions while milling the pattern on an industrial style moulder, provided the pressure shoe is parallel to the bed plates.
