Cove Moulding 7-7/32"

This Cove/Crown Moulding 7-7/32" measures 7.218" wide by 1.500" thickness, with a 1.071" depth of cut on the top horizontal set of moulding cutters. Please look in our bevels category, (search by degree) for a set of beveled moulding cutters appropriate for this profile design. We have intentionally designed all our crown and cove mouldings with back bevels of forty-five degree and under to be milled on the right vertical cutter head, all forty-five degree back bevels and higher will be milled on the left vertical cutter head on an industrial style moulder.

The symmetrical custom profile is comprised of a 5-13/32" radius cavetto, attached to a 1/2" tall and wide, vertical and horizontal fillets positioned at the top and bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degree, these specific bevels set the installed height and projection at an identical dimension of 5-3/32" tall and wide.
