Cove Moulding 5/16"

This small cove moulding 5/16" measures .313" wide by .313" thickness. The profile is comprised of a 3/16" radius cove flanked by a 1/8" wide fillet on both the top and side edge of the detail. The cutter design is capable of milling two pieces of cove simultaneously; this will be an excellent way to utilize fall of rips of lumber in the shop; the wood size is ripped to roughly 1" wide by 3/4" or less thickness.

For safety purposes we strongly recommend an anti-kickback device be installed on the machine before attempting this splitting operation. Caution; the cutters will come within .010" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these types of milling operations.
