Cove Moulding 7/16"

This double 7/16" cove moulding measures .437" wide by .437" thickness. The symmetrical profiles are comprised of a 1/8" wide horizontal line on top, connected to a 5/16" radius cavetto with a 1/8" tall vertical line on the thin side of the design. Utilize fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time with this unique split two cove profile.

Caution; the cutters will come within .010" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these types of milling operations. For safety concerns, we strongly suggest an anti-kickback device be installed on the machinery before attempting any milling procedures that involve splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
