WM 101 Cove Mould 1/2" - 1

This WM 101 cove 1/2" - 1 measures .500" in width by .500" in thickness. The profile comprises a 7/16" radius cavetto in the center, flanked by a 1/8" horizontal fillet on the top left and a 1/8" vertical line on the bottom right side of the design. We recommend using 1-7/16" wide blanks of fall-off-rips of four-quarter lumber from milling on an industrial moulder.

Caution: the cutters will come within .010" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations. For safety concerns, we strongly suggest an anti-kickback device for your machinery before attempting any milling procedures that involve splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
