Cove Mould 1/2" - 2

This small 1/2" - 2 cove mould measures .500" wide by .500" thickness, enabling the pattern to be machined out of four-quarter lumber; the detail is a candidate for utilizing fall-off rips of lumber, the rough wood size gets ripped to approximately 1-7/16" wide by 3/4" thickness. The profile consists of a 5/16" radius cove flanked by a 3/16" wide fillet on both the top and inside edge.

Caution: When cutting this detail, the blades will come within .010" of the machine bed plates. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
