Cove Moulding 5/8" - 3

This small cove molding 5/8" - 3 measures .625" wide by .625" thickness when installed, the milling dimension is 1.406" wide, we recommend the rough lumber width to be 1.687" wide. The profile composes a 1/8" wide horizontal line at the top, connected to a 1/2" radius cove with a 1/8" tall vertical line at the bottom. This unique split two custom cove knife design utilizes fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time.

Caution; the cutters will come within .015" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these types of milling operations.
