Cove Moulding 5/8" - 5

This petite cove moulding 5/8" - 5 measures .625" wide by .625" thickness when installed, the milling dimension is 1.406" wide, we suggest the rough lumber blank be 1.687" wide. The profile is composed of a 1/4" wide horizontal line at the top, connected to a 3/8" radius cove with a 1/4" tall vertical line at the bottom. This unique split two-cove knife design utilizes fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time.

Caution; the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail.
