WM 93 Cove Mould 3/4" - 2

This WM 93 cove mould 3/4" - 2 measures 1.656" width by .750" thickness enabling the use of a 1-15/16" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The traditional profile contains two 3/4" coves separated by a 5/32" splitter, doubling production in half the time. The detail consists of a 5/8" radius concave semicircle flanked by a 3/16" wide fillet on the top and a 3/16" tall vertical line on the inside edge. You may want to review and consider machining this detail in a single run application, cove .750", This pattern will allow the use of many fall off rips of lumber.
