Crown 1-3/4" - 1

This small 1-3/4" - 1 crown mould measures 1.750" wide by .562" thickness. The profile design is one of the most widely used designs in the industry. It comprises a French curve in the middle flanked by two fillets with a small cavetto on the bottom. All the points are located on the same plane for hold-down purposes. The bead is recessed below the points to eliminate possible burnish marks that may be left on the profile from the pressure element on the molder. When installed, the height becomes 1-11/32" tall, with a projection of 1-1/8' wide, and the spring angles are set at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees.
