Crown 2-9/16"

This unique 2-9/16" crown mould measures 2.563" in width by .687" in thickness, requiring 2-13/16" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for machining sprung (laying horizontally flat) on a commercial moulder. The splay-faced terminating profile comprises a 1/4" tall vertical line segment on the top left. It connects to a 1/4" cove sloping 7.185 degrees downwards to a 1/4" convex arc in the center. The lower portion retains a 7/32" tall by 5/8" broad perpendicular lines. The spring angles are at nineteen and seventy-one degrees; the dedicated back bevels keep the face sides of the pattern parallel to the wall and ceiling. These specific angle positions lock in the installed height at 2-1/4" tall with a 1-11/32" projection across the top; both designs are included in the downloadable DXF file.
