Crown 3-1/16"

This 3-1/16" cyma recta crown mould measures 3.063" wide by .750" thickness. The stylish profile is comprised of an 11/16" radius arc tangent off of a 13/16" radius semicircle creating a cyma recta in the center, attached to a 47/64" tall vertical fillet at the top of the pattern, the lower portion consists of a 13/32" tall vertical line, connected to a 13/32" wide horizontal line at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-five and fifty-five degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 2-9/16" tall with a projection of 1-11/16" wide. Two high points in the detail were deliberately positioned on the same level plane; our specialized design features will assure excellent hold-down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the pressure shoe is set parallel to the bed plates.
