Crown 3-1/8" - 4

This medium-size 3-1/8" - 4 crown mould measures 3.125" wide by .687" thickness. The profile comprises the following shapes: covetto with a notched fillet on top, cyma recta in the center, and an angled fillet divided by a half-round bead on the bottom. Installed height equals 2-3/16", with a 2-1/4" projection. The spring angles are set at forty-five degrees. All the points on the crown were purposely placed on the same plane; this will provide superior hold-down during production. The arc on the French curve is slightly recessed below the points to avoid shine marks caused by the machine's pressure shoe.
