This shaker-style 3-1/4" - 39 crown mould measures 3.250" wide by .750" thickness. The splay face profile consists of three 3/8" wide by 3/8" tall squared fillets, one at the top of the pattern and two at the bottom, they are connected by a straight line. When installed the height and projection are identical at 2-5/16" tall and wide with the spring angles are set at forty-five degrees. All three of the points in the pattern are positioned on the same plane for even holding down on the profile during the milling process, and this will eliminate chatter and enable you to produce superior-grade millwork for your clients.
