The lovely profile is comprised of a 2-3/8" radius cove in the center, attached to a 5/16" tall vertical fillet on top, the lower section of the design consists of two tangent radiuses creating a small ogee/cyma reversa, flanked by a 1/8" wide and a 3/16" wide horizontal fillet on the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, search our bevels category by these degrees to find two back bevel cutters appropriate for this beautiful crown moulding design, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 2-19/32" tall with a projection of 1-61/64" wide. Two high points in the detail were intentionally positioned on the same level plane, this specialized design feature will assure excellent hold down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the moulder pressure shoe is properly set parallel to the moulder bed plates.
