Crown 3-5/16" - 1

This concave 3-5/16" - 1 crown mould measures 3.312" wide by 1.000" thickness, enabling the detail to be milled sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of five-quarter lumber. The beautiful concave profile has a simple design that consists of a 2-1/2" radius shallow cove in the center, joined with a 1/2" tall vertical line segment on top and a 3/16" squared notch attached to a 3/4" broad horizontal line at the bottom. With the spring angles set at twenty-eight and sixty-two degree the installed height becomes 2-11/16" tall with a projection of 2" wide, two of the high points in the design are purposely positioned on the same level plane for superior hold down capabilities while milling the pattern on an industrial style molder.
