Crown 3-7/16" - 1

This elegantly sophisticated 3-7/16" - 1crown mould measures 3.437" wide by .812" thickness, enabling the detail to be milled sprung out of four-quarter lumber. The custom profile is composed of a 1/4" tall vertical line joined to a 13/16" concave semicircle that's tangent off of a 1/2" radius arc creating the cyma recta in the upper portion, attached to three-sixteenths and one-quarter inch tall stepped lines that transitions into a 29/32" high line segment with a 7/16" rounded edge, connected to an 11/32" tall by 5/16" wide squared lines at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-five and fifty-five degrees. These specific back bevels set the installed height at 2-3/4" with a projection of 2-1/16" wide.

This cad generated dxf file contains three skillfully drafted template designs for creating knives for this lovely crown pattern. All our innovative profiles have a proven unbroken CNC (computer numerical control) tool path expediting the production process.
