This beautifully ornate 3-7/16" - 14 crown mould measures 3.447" wide by .687" thickness, authorizing the pattern to be machined sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of four quarter lumber. The intricate supporting profile is composed of a 7/32" tapered bullnose on the bottom right, attached to a 5/32" wide by 7/64" tall perpendicular lines joined to three consecutive semicircular arcs with a 5/32" vertical fillet and a 23/32" cove in the center, connected to a 7/32" ovolo flanked by a 1/8" wide and 3/32" tall fillet and a 7/64" cove with a 3/16" tall line at the top of the design. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these explicit back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed, in addition to setting the positioned height at 2-7/16" tall with a projection of 2-7/16" wide.
