This Stepped Crown Moulding 3-1/2" measures 3.500" wide by 1.000" thickness, with a .425" depth of cut on the right vertical cutters, .645" depth of cut on the left set of blades, and a .625" depth of cut on the top horizontal moulding knives.

The southwestern style profile is comprised of three different size stepped fillets, the upper one measures 23/32" tall by 23/32" wide, the middle step measures 1-1/64" tall by 47/64" wide, and the bottom step dimensions are 1-3/64" tall by 11/16" wide. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-five and sixty-five degrees, search our bevels category by these degrees to find back bevel cutters appropriate for this tiered moulding design, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 2-25/32" tall with a projection of 2-1/8" wide.

Three high points in this detail were deliberately positioned on the same level plane, this specialized design feature will assure excellent hold down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the pressure shoe is properly set parallel to the bed plates.
