The compelling profile is comprised of a 1-5/8" radius cove, attached to a 9/64" wide by 9/64" tall notched fillet joined to a 1/4" tall vertical fillet in the upper portion, the lower half of the detail consists of a 1/8" wide by 21/32" tall notched fillet for applying a decorative rope moulding, connected to a cyma reversa flanked by horizontal fillets at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, search our bevels category by this degree to find a set of back bevel cutters appropriate for this creative crown/cove moulding design, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 2-5/8" tall with a projection of 2-7/16" wide. Three high points in the detail are intentionally positioned on the same level plane, this specialized design feature will assure excellent hold down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the moulder pressure shoe is properly set parallel to the moulder bed plates.
