This concave 3-17/32" - 1 crown mould measures 3.531" wide by .750" thickness, allowing the detail to be machined sprung (laying horizontally flat) from four quarter lumber. The concave profile consists of a 2-1/16" radius cove in the center, joined to a 15/32" tall vertical line segment on top. The lower section is comprised of a 1/16" angled fillet, attached to a 7/16" radius semicircle tangent off a 17/64" horizontal fillet at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these specific bevels set the installed height and projection at an identical dimension of 2-1/2" tall and wide.
