Crown 3-5/8" - 1

This concave 3-5/8" - 1 crown mould measures 3.605" wide by .750" thickness, enabling the pattern to be milled sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of four-quarter lumber. The stylish terminating profile is comprised of a 25/64" vertical line on the top left, connected to a free-flowing 1-29/32" radius cove in the center, joined to a 1/8" broad flat line and a 19/64" convex arc tangent off of a small vertical line forming the ovolo, merged to a 1/8" wide by 3/16" tall perpendicular lines and a 1/8" horizontal flat section on the bottom right side of the design. The spring angles are fixed at fifty-five and thirty-five degrees, these designs are included in the downloadable dxf file, these precise back bevels keep the inner profile parallel to the wall and ceiling as well as set the installed height at 3" tall with a projection of 2" wide.
