Crown Moulding 3-3/4" - 16

This Eye-catching Crown Moulding 3-3/4" - 16 measures 3.750" wide by .687" thickness with a depth of cut of .517" on the right vertical blades, .449" on the left vertical cutters, and a .300" depth of cut on the top horizontal set of moulding knives.

The astounding profile is comprised of a cyma recta in the center, attached to two quarter round circles tangent off of a vertical fillet on top, the bottom portion of the design consists of five consecutive half round circles joined to a 5/32" wide horizontal fillet with a quarter round circle located at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degree, search our bevels category by this degree to find a set of back bevel cutters appropriate for this awesome crown moulding design, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 2-19/32" tall with a projection of 2-11/16" wide. Four high points in the detail were intentionally positioned on the same level plane, this specific design feature will assure excellent hold down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the moulder pressure shoe is properly set parallel to the moulder bed plates.
