This Creative Crown Moulding 3-3/4" - 25 measures 3.750" wide by .750" thickness with a depth of cut of .543" on the right vertical back bevel cutters, .587" on the left back bevel blades, and .361" on the top horizontal set of moulding knives.
The stylish profile is comprised of a 1-53/64" radius cavetto in the center, connected to two consecutive 1/4" radius half round circles, and a 3/16" wide by 5/16" tall squared fillet at the top of the pattern, the lower portion of the design consists of a small notched fillet, attached to a 1/4" radius cove with a 1/4" wide horizontal fillet at the bottom of the detail. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, search our bevels category by this degree to find a back-bevel cutter appropriate for this distinctive crown moulding design, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 2-11/16" tall with a projection of 2-5/8" wide. Three high points in the detail were intentionally positioned on the same level plane, this creative design feature will assure excellent hold down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the moulder pressure shoe is properly set parallel to the moulder bed plates.
