Crown 4-1/8"

This 4-1/8" concave crown mould measures 4.125" wide by 1.000" thickness, which will require five-quarter lumber to produce this pattern on an industrial moulder. The profile begins with a 9/16" tall vertical fillet on top that is connected to a large cavetto in the center which is attached to a notched fillet, a cyma recta and squared fillet at the bottom of the pattern. When properly milled and installed, the height becomes 3-1/16" tall with a projection of 2-49/64" wide. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, with two of the points in the design purposely positioned on the same level plane for superior hold-down capabilities during the milling process.
