This 4-23/32" - 3 shaker-style crown mould measures 4.718" wide by .812" thickness. The classic angled design consists of chamfered bevels and fillets; the spring angles are fixed at thirty-three point five degrees and fifty-six point five degrees, determining the installed height at 4" tall with a projection of 2-1/2" wide. The pattern is designed for favorable hold-down conditions while milling the detail; move the moulder's pressure element out toward the operator, away from the fixed inside fence laterally, and rest on the central flat portion of the profile.
