Crown 6" - 23

This innovative 6" - 23 crown mould measures 6.000" wide by 1.062" thickness. The uniquely shaped profile is comprised of a 1-57/64" radius concave arc in the center, attached to a 21/64" radius cove flanked by a 1/2" horizontal fillet and a 3/8" tall vertical fillet on top. The lower portion of the design consists of a 33/64" radius cove, connected to a 1/4" wide chamfer with a 3/4" wide fillet on the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees; search our bevels category by this degrees to find back bevel cutter appropriate for this crown/cove moulding design, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 4-3/64" tall with a projection of 4-7/16" wide. Three high points in the detail are intentionally positioned on the same level plane; this specialized design feature will assure excellent hold-down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the moulder pressure shoe is adequately set parallel to the machine bed plates.
