Crown 6" - 42

This elegantly bold 6" - 42 crown mould measures 5.987" width by 1.312" thickness, enabling the use of a 6-1/4" wide blank of six-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial molder. The distinguished terminating profile contains 1/2" tall by 1/2" wide perpendicular lines on the upper left. The squared lines connect to a two-tangent radius cyma reversa and a 5/16" broad flat line with a 4-27/64" concave semicircle in the center. The remaining portion of the pattern consists of another 5/16" wide horizontal line, an additional free-flowing cyma reversa, and a 21/32" wide line segment at the bottom right of the design. The fixed spring angles are set at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees; these particular back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed; they also lock in the positioned height at 4-3/8" tall with a projection of 4-1/8" across the top.
