This 6" - 43 concave crown mould measures 6.000" wide by 1.187" thickness, requiring a 6-1/4' wide blank of six-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial moulder. The striking terminating profile comprises a 1-1/8" tall line with a 5/16" radius edge on the top left. It connects a tiny vertical fillet with a 9/32" cove, joined to a 39/64" concave semicircle in the center. The lower portion contains another 9/32" cavetto and a small horizontal fillet merged with a two tangent radius elliptical-shaped convex arc on the design's bottom right corner. The spring angles are at forty-five degrees; the dedicated back bevels keep the face sides of the pattern parallel to the wall and ceiling. These specific angle positions lock in the installed height at 4-5/8" tall with a 3-7/8" projection across the top.
