This beautiful 6-3/8" - 17 crown mould measures 6.381" width by 1.000" thickness, necessitating a 6-5/8" wide blank of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The appealing profile comprises a 3/8" vertical line connected to a ¼" high by 7/32" wide perpendicular notch on the top left. The cut-out attaches to a 5-3/16" concave semicircle in the center, joined to a three tangent radius ogee flanked by a 3/16" broad segment above and a 29/64" horizontal fillet on the design's bottom right corner. The fixed spring angles are at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees; these particular back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed, in addition to locking in the height at 4-7/8" tall with a 4-1/8" projection across the top.
